Following its recent selection into the InsurTech NY Match Program, InsOps has been accepted into INSEAD’s Doriot’s Disruptor Program, a global initiative that recognizes companies redefining industries through meaningful innovation.
Recognition on a Global Stage
The Doriot’s Disruptor Program, named after Georges Doriot, the father of venture capital, highlights high-potential companies addressing structural challenges across industries. InsOps’ selection reflects growing recognition that insurance operations remain constrained by manual workflows and fragmented data practices, particularly when sensitive information must move across systems and environments.
Why InsOps Stood Out
InsOps was selected for its differentiated approach to insurance operations, addressing challenges that directly impact efficiency, security, and compliance:
Insurance workflows remain heavily manual, with underwriters and claims teams spending significant time on data preparation, validation, and reconciliation rather than decision-making.
Sensitive production data is routinely copied into lower environments, where nearly 30 percent of data breaches occur, increasing exposure and compliance risk.
Anonymization is often handled outside operational workflows, breaking continuity and introducing delays and security gaps.
InsOps addresses these challenges by building insurance-trained AI products that automate operational data workflows and embed anonymization directly into those workflows. This allows insurers to move faster while keeping sensitive data protected inside their own environments.
Strengthening InsOps’ Momentum
The Doriot’s Disruptor recognition builds on InsOps’ recent acceptance into the InsurTech NY Match Program, where the company was selected among 450 applicants. Together, these programs expand InsOps’ access to global carriers, brokers, and investors, supporting broader adoption of secure, workflow-driven automation across the insurance industry.
Leadership Perspective
Being named to INSEAD’s Doriot’s Disruptor Program is a strong validation of the problem we are solving, Insurance workflows are still burdened by manual processes and unnecessary data exposure. InsOps exists to automate those workflows and protect sensitive data as it moves through them, so insurers can operate with greater speed, confidence, and control.
